On May 8, 2023, the Commerce Commission intends to amend certain rules of the American Samoa Administrative Code, Title 19, Chapter 01, which includes bus fares in American Samoa, and establish a new Chapter 02 - Fines, pursuant to the authority granted to promulgate rules in the American Samoa Code Annotated section 19.0103, 19.0115, and 19.0206.
